• Our first concern is to maintain a production line of the highest quality. Therefore, every step is completely supervised and we work with the best materials.
• We produce our own grapes, harvest them by hand and transport them in small containers to the winery.
• Works like pruning, foliage management and bunch load are done by hand.
• The entire vineyard is drip irrigated
• A selection of all the grapes is made by a grape sorting vibrating table.
• Our wines are aged in oak barrels of different characteristics and sizes (400, 300 and 225 liters). We use mainly French (90%) and partly American oak (10%).
• Due to the excellent phytosanitary conditions of the Limarí Valley, there is only a minimal need to apply herbicides, pesticides and fungicides.
